Thermoforming and Forming
Medium wave heaters are used to soften plastic sheets and films before vacuum forming or thermoforming. They provide even heating that prevents localized overheating, which is critical for achieving uniform wall thickness in the final product. Curing and Embossing: They are used for curing plasticizer coatings on PVC and for embossing patterns onto plastic surfaces. Welding: The controlled heat is effective for welding plastic components together.
